For the right team I'm open to relocating to Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Finland or Luxembourg (EU Blue Card).

Do you work alone or with a team?

Both. I can take a project end to end by myself — architecture, code, integrations, deployment and handover. When the work needs more people, Klartech provides a team and I stay technical lead, so you keep one point of contact.

Do you only work in fintech?

No. I've shipped for fintech and trading, gaming, wholesale and distribution, accounting, robotics, IoT and drones, telecom and HR platforms — and I'm looking for healthcare and medical automation, manufacturing, logistics and energy projects. The core skills (integrations, automation, reliable apps, applied AI) carry over.

Can you work with our ERP?

Most likely. I integrate through whatever the system offers: APIs, OData, file exports or, for legacy systems, a read-only database connection with its own low-privilege login. I'm currently deepening Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

How do contracts and invoicing work?

Engagements are contracted through Klartech, our company in Tirana, Albania. Invoices are issued in EUR; for business clients in the EU the reverse-charge mechanism applies.

Which time zone and language?

CET, the same working hours as Central Europe. Working language is English; I also speak Italian, and my German is improving (A1–A2).

What about NDAs and data protection?

An NDA by default. Where personal data is involved we sign a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Production data stays on your infrastructure wherever possible, and I work with least-privilege accounts.

Could you join our team full-time instead?

Yes, for the right role. I'm open to relocating to Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Finland or Luxembourg and qualify for the EU Blue Card through the IT-specialist route.
