Privacy policy
This policy explains which personal data this website (jurgest.com) processes, why, and what rights you have. For visitors in the EU and the EEA, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies.
Who is responsible
Jurgest Balla, Tirana, Albania. Email: info@jurgest.com, phone: +355 694 455 413. Please use the same address for any privacy request.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you visit, Vercel processes the technical data needed to deliver the site and keep it secure: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the USA rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Analytics without cookies
Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights measure page views and loading performance in aggregated form, without cookies and without identifying you.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Analytics with your consent
Only if you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner, the site also loads Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.). Both set cookies and record how the site is used; Clarity also records session replays and heatmaps, with text input masked.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Contact form and CV download
When you send the contact form, I receive your name, email address and message, plus anything optional you add: company, topic, budget and timeline. When you download the CV, you may optionally leave your email address. Both reach me through Formspree, Inc. (USA).
I use these details only to answer you and, if we work together, for that business relationship. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract and legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). I delete enquiries once they are handled, at the latest after 12 months, unless the law requires longer retention.
Your browser's storage
The site remembers your language (cookie NEXT_LOCALE), your colour theme and your cookie choice in your browser. This is necessary for the site to work the way you set it, and it is not used for tracking.
Fonts, booking and external links
All fonts are served from this site; your browser does not contact third-party font services. If you use a booking link, you continue on the booking provider's site, where its privacy policy applies. The same is true for links to LinkedIn, GitHub, WhatsApp or Klartech.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw a consent at any time with effect for the future. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work.
